Questions we are asked in the SW postcode area
Do you do the repairs in the SW postcode area too?
Yes. The investigation and report come first; remedial works are quoted separately and our team carries them out or manages them.
Can a tenant or managing agent book you for a property in the SW postcode area?
Yes. We take instructions from owners, landlords, managing agents and, with the owner’s agreement, tenants. The report goes to whoever instructed us and can be shared with the others.
Do you report to freeholders and managing agents for blocks in the SW postcode area?
Regularly. For flats and blocks we identify whether the source is a private pipe, a communal service or the fabric of the building, and write it up so the freeholder, agent and insurers can allocate responsibility.
